
FROLIC UV
FROLIC UV with excellent gloss is suitable for high scuff, for high slip, high gloss full/flat over print coating of all types of printed paper and boards and used on anilox roller chamber coating system. It can also be used on gravure coating method.

Application Guidelines
- Please consider that the quality of the dried varnish layer depends on the substrate surface as well.
- Highly absorbent papers and cardboards can cause insufficient curing, lower gloss values, poor slip properties and rub resistance problems.
- Inks containing pigments with weak fastness properties, as well as mixtures from these colors, may change shade after UV coating
Storage
- Store in air tight black containers as supplied, storage should be between 5-35°C. Product should be stirred well before use. Rotate stocks on first in first out basis.
- Keep the material away from direct sunlight & heat
Safety and Handling
- Frolic UV is non-toxic, non-hazardous and non-inflammable under normal conditions of use.
- Spillage in work place and on cloth should be immediately washed with UV wash.
- Proper ventilation should be provided in work area.
- This product is non-self-ignition, non-corrosive and non-explosive.
- To avoid risk, wear mask and gloves while handling.
- Avoid direct touching and breathing.
- If skin is contacted, promptly and thoroughly flush skin with plenty of water and soap.
- If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
- If eyes are contacted, rinse eyes immediately with large amounts of water (or 0.9% sterile salt solution) for at least 15 minutes and contact physician as needed.
